Our Appeal Committee

In late 2005, after a full year of planning and consultation, Monsignor Keating established his St MARY'S CATHEDRAL FUNDRAISING APPEAL COMMITTEE.

Each member of this committee would be assigned a specific part of the overall fundraising campaign, formulated to ensure every Religious Order, Association, parish and parishioner within the Perth Archdiocese was invited to participate in this historic event.

In addition, Corporate & Community Leaders and members of the wider community would be encouraged to support a project of benefit to ALL Western Australians.

The role of Appeal Manager is to liaise with and assist the Chairman and Committee Members in the formulation and overall management of the fundraising campaigns, to establish and manage the day–to day operations of a professional and effective administrative operation, to facilitate the development of all campaign materials: brochures, DVD's, Website etc – provide marketing and media support and provide assistance to potential donors as required.
